Responsibilities:
Manage HR matters across the Group's regional entities within Southeast Asia (SEA).
Enhance the performance management framework to promote a high-performance culture.
Manage compensation structures and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and alignment with business objectives.
Act as a liaison between management and employees, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and fostering strong relationships.
Establish and maintain HR systems, procedures, and policies across the organization.
Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process to attract and retain top talent.
Support organizational growth through initiatives that enhance employee engagement, motivation, and retention.
Identify training needs and oversee the implementation and evaluation of training programs.
Provide HR analytics and insights to management for informed decision-making.
Ensure all HR practices and policies comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Human Resources or equivalent
At least 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the re/insurance industry
Regional HR experience within Southeast Asia is advantageous
Strong interpersonal skills at all levels of the company
In-depth knowledge of labour law and HR best practices
