Overview As a Regional Talent Acquisition Business Partner, you will lead the recruitment strategies for commercial roles across diverse markets. Collaborating with business leaders and HR teams, you’ll identify, attract, and secure top-tier talent to drive business growth and success. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and negotiating offers. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies for commercial roles. Leverage regional market insights to identify top talent and build strong pipelines for key positions. Partner with HR and leadership teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires. Utilize data and analytics to track recruitment performance and identify areas for improvement. What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Human Resources or a related field. At least 3 years of hands-on recruitment experience, preferably from tech, fintech and web3 industry. Proven results-driven mindset with the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the capability to engage and influence stakeholders effectively in both Chinese and English.
