Summary:
Handle admin tasks, coordinate deliveries, maintain inventory records, and track attendance, timesheets, and overtime for payroll.
Responsibilities
Provide admin support, including record-keeping, document preparation, and occasional receptionist duties.
Coordinate logistics for materials/equipment delivery to sites and update delivery status.
Maintain inventory records and assist with stock-taking.
Track daily attendance, timesheets, and overtime, and prepare monthly OT reports for payroll.
Qualifications
Diploma studies.
Minimum 2 years of admin cum receptionist experience.
Proficient in Microsoft applications.
