After initial training, you will start your career as a salesperson or trader in one of our business areas, including: Client Capital Management, Client Strategy, Commodities, Credit, eFICC Trading, Equities, Equity Financing, Foreign Exchange, Municipals, Rates, Structuring. As a Sales analyst, you may: Analyze and develop solutions to clients’ needs Monitor markets and formulate trade ideas Perform analyses on fundamental and technical data Attend client meetings or calls with traders, sales, and research colleagues As a Trading analyst, you may: Monitor markets and generate trade ideas Participate in pricing products Assist with daily tasks such as trade reporting or P&L analysis Help manage risk of trading books Markets at Barclays Markets is a key indicator of world events at Barclays. Who we're looking for Applicants should be pursuing an undergraduate degree with anticipated completion between December 2025 and June 2026. A minimum GPA of 3.2 is preferred, along with an interest in business and finance, a strong work ethic, and eagerness to learn and develop technical skills.
