The Analytics and Sales program is a unique opportunity to develop a comprehensive understanding of Bloomberg products and clients in the wider context of financial markets. Following our comprehensive training program, you will apply your knowledge by assisting our clients in the Analytics department. Location Singapore Business Area Sales and Client Service Description & Responsibilities In our Analytics business, provide 24/7 support for Bloomberg Professional Service users worldwide and across multiple industries. Respond to queries via the Helpdesk using the Instant Bloomberg chat system, helping clients maximize the value of Bloomberg's products. Educate clients on Bloombergs risk management solutions and help traders discover new sources of market liquidity; support product roll-out and onboarding with Sales to deliver strategic initiatives. Deliver on-site training and seminars; upskill clients through technology and proactive education of new products and enhancements. In Sales, act as the face of Bloomberg for clients; manage client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and drive revenue growth by understanding client workflows and presenting appropriate solutions across Bloomberg's enterprise offerings. Who you are Understanding of market-moving drivers and events; a solution-finder with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. Interest in building a career in a client-facing role; strong credibility and relationship-building skills. Requirements A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree and ability to start in 2026 (candidates graduating by July 2026 are welcome to apply). Up to 4 years of work experience. Demonstrated interest or experience in financial markets and the financial services industry. Experience delivering exceptional support and building positive client relationships, including resolving inquiries and providing solutions. Foundational experience in sales or business development, evidenced by achievements in influencing outcomes or generating revenue during prior work, internships, or relevant academic/extracurricular activities. Ability to multitask and resolve client inquiries while proactively identifying sustainable workflow solutions. Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills; ability to learn quickly in a dynamic training and client-facing environment. Resilience and agility in a fast-paced environment; commitment to achieving high levels of efficiency.
