About the Team
The Governance and Experience team aims to build a safe and trustworthy marketplace for users and partners by focusing on user experience, policies, and systems. Our Service and Support Centre (SSC) delivers customer service to buyers and support to sellers and creators.
Responsibilities
Partner with service delivery and product development teams to assess, define, and propose the right product solutions; develop business requirements documentation and drive implementation of product launches.
Identify product or process problems and opportunities, perform root cause analysis, and provide recommendations to improve efficiency and customer experience.
Translate problems, policies, and risks into solutions that improve processes and workflows.
Leverage agile development techniques to create solutions for a rapidly changing environment.
Facilitate tech changes and updates, maintain system and process documentation, and support team members to ensure processes are understood and followed.
Manage project and stakeholder meetings, drive discussions to conclusions, and keep programs on track.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Recently graduated with a degree in Computer Science, Business Analytics, Math, Statistics, or a related field.
Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams globally.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the E-commerce marketplace platform or Customer Service is a plus.
Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships and liaise with people at all levels.
