Grocery Order Fulfillment Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Grocery Order Fulfillment Specialist to join our team. This role involves receiving and packing orders for riders, replenishing goods on shelves, and handling inventory. If you have excellent organizational skills, are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and can lift up to 25kg, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receiving and packing orders for riders with high accuracy and efficiency.
- Replenishing stock levels on shelves to ensure seamless customer service.
- Handling and maintaining accurate inventory levels to prevent stock discrepancies.
- Providing exceptional customer service by being responsive to queries and resolving issues promptly.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in basic digital tools and mobile devices.
- A competitive salary of $1900 + $10 (weekends/PH allowance).
