Job Responsibilities Lead and oversee daily operations to ensure smooth workflow and timely responses to internal and external queries. Continuously review and improve process efficiency to enhance team performance. Maintain high accuracy and attention to detail in processing records and updates. Support ad-hoc projects and participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) when required. Take ownership of customer complaints and ensure prompt resolution or escalation to the supervisor. Monitor and review daily exception reports to ensure compliance and accuracy. Provide feedback and suggestions to improve productivity and streamline processes. Guide and support team members when they encounter challenges in their tasks. Collaborate closely with other departments to understand cross-functional workflows and impacts. Step in to cover duties for absent colleagues to maintain operational continuity. Assist supervisors with day-to-day issue resolution and team support. Job Requirements Familiarity with industry regulations such as FATCA and Common Reporting Standard is preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills. 2–3 years of relevant experience in a similar role. Self-motivated and able to work independently with a proactive mindset. Strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Process-driven and able to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
