Home Care Services Manager

This challenging role involves leading a team of professionals in delivering home care services. You will collaborate closely with medical social workers to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of caregivers and administrative staff to deliver high-quality home care services.
  • Develop service delivery strategies to meet client needs, ensuring timely and effective interventions.
  • Train new team members on policies, procedures, and service standards, promoting consistency and excellence.
  • Manage client inquiries, providing accurate information on services, pricing, and policies.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of services delivered, including filing and reporting.
  • Ensure prompt follow-up and communication with clients and stakeholders on service delivery statuses.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an operational leadership role within a healthcare or related setting is required.
  • Diploma or degree in any field is necessary.
  • Strong initiative-taking and flexibility skills are essential, along with adherence to standard operating procedures.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications is mandatory.
  • Excellent command of English (written and verbal) is required.
  • Experience in the healthcare industry is advantageous but not necessary.
