Job Description:

The primary goal of this role is to deliver exceptional customer service by collaborating with clients to understand their caregiving and domestic requirements.

This involves sourcing suitable caregivers/domestic helpers from our database or suppliers based on client needs.

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual who can prepare all necessary documentations for placements and/or handover applications.

The successful candidate will provide regular after-service support to ensure that our clients' caregivers/domestic helpers are coping well and meeting expectations.

This role requires strong communication skills, patience, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

The ideal candidate will be able to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is also essential.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Patient and possess strong communication skills
  • Able to work independently and also a great team player
  • Able to multi task and work well in a fast paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft words/Excel/Outlooks
  • Possess CEI (certificate of Employment Intermediaries)
  • Able to start in short notice
