Description Sales Operations Coordinator APAC – Barebells, Vitamin Well, NOCCO At Vitamin Well Group, we provide great‐tasting drinks, snacks, and protein products. Our brands Vitamin Well, NOCCO, and Barebells are available across most of Europe, North America, the MENA region, and parts of Asia Pacific. With a revenue of 650 million euros, we operate in over 40 markets, with headquarters in Stockholm and offices in fourteen countries around the world. In APAC and the Middle East, our growth is driven by strong distributor partnerships, ambitious market expansion, and a focus on commercial excellence. To support this growth, we are now looking for a Sales Operations Coordinator to strengthen the structure and efficiency of our regional sales operations. This new role brings together data, processes, and coordination — ensuring our commercial foundation supports fast, sustainable growth. About The Role Reporting to the Managing Director APAC & MENA, you will work closely with the regional Sales and Marketing team, as well as cross‐functional counterparts in finance, operations, and product at HQ in Sweden. Your main responsibility is to ensure structure, accuracy, and follow‐up across regional sales operations. You will coordinate forecasts, data flows, and reporting routines, providing the insights and follow‐up needed to support sound commercial decisions. In Short Your Responsibilities Will Be Coordinate and follow up on sales forecasts, orders, and reporting across distributor markets Maintain data accuracy in pricing, sales, and financial tracking, including AR follow‐up Build and improve reporting routines for performance, forecasting, and profitability Support business cases, pricing structures, and value chain analysis for new initiatives Collaborate with logistics to optimise shipments, volumes, and container efficiency Act as regional contact for HQ CRM and BI teams, including Salesforce and reporting tools What You Can Expect Close collaboration with a small, driven team and direct exposure to commercial decisions across multiple markets Real ownership — you will not just report numbers; you will make sure they make sense and lead to action A broad scope where data, processes, and execution meet — and where your structure and initiative genuinely move the needle A fast, international environment that values clarity, accountability, and people who get things done Who Are You You are analytical, structured, and proactive — the kind of person who makes things work and keeps them working. You see patterns in numbers, gaps in processes, and opportunities in details. You are comfortable switching between analysis and coordination, working hands‐on while keeping the bigger picture in mind. You thrive in an environment that moves quickly and value efficiency, follow‐up, and accountability. Most importantly, you take initiative. You do not wait to be told what to improve — you find a better way and make it happen. Qualifications Most likely 4+ years of experience in sales operations, commercial support, or business analysis Proven ability to drive or support cross‐functional projects, such as process improvements or commercial initiatives Strong analytical mindset with advanced Excel skills; experience with Power BI or similar tools is a plus Excellent command of English, both written and spoken Hands‐on exposure to working with CRM systems FMCG, CPG or consumer goods background beneficial The role is based in Singapore and requires local work eligibility (citizen or permanent resident)Welcome with your application at the latest November 16th 2025.
