At our cinema, we are seeking a skilled and dedicated Cinema Service Crew member to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for movie patrons.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cashiering: Our crew members will be responsible for handling food and ticketing services, providing an efficient and courteous experience for our customers.
  • Food Preparation: Assisting in the preparation of food for our cinema-goers is a critical aspect of this role, ensuring that our guests have a high-quality dining experience.
  • Ushering: Our crew members will be responsible for ushering customers to their seats, providing guidance on cinema etiquette, and ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all.
  • General Cleaning: Maintaining a clean and hygienic environment within the cinema premises is essential, and our crew members will play a key role in ensuring that our facilities are always tidy and well-maintained.

Requirements:

  • Able to converse and write simple English: As a member of our team, you will need to be able to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues alike.
  • Service-oriented with a focus on providing excellent customer service: We strive to deliver exceptional service to our customers, and our crew members must be able to provide a warm and welcoming experience at all times.
  • Must be physically fit and able to multi-task efficiently: This role requires a high level of energy and stamina, as you will be working in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks to complete.
  • Able to perform rotating shifts including public holidays, weekends, and beyond midnight (*Transport provided if working hours end beyond 11:30 pm): As a cinema service crew member, you will be required to work a range of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Preferably with a valid food hygiene certificate: While not essential, having a valid food hygiene certificate would be a valuable asset for this role.
  • Must be fully vaccinated: The safety of our customers and staff is paramount, and therefore we require all crew members to be fully vaccinated against certain illnesses.
