What You Would Get To Do
Lead the design of key accounts and manage the full creative elements of medium-sized projects. You will also support the creative department on large-scale pitch and production work, including managing designers where appropriate. The successful candidate will be client-facing, know how to interrogate a brief to create objectives and then devise solutions that are unique, engaging and make our clients' audiences take action.
Your Contributions
To produce general concepts, and realistic/ expressive visualisations of ideas/ creative for experiential activations, exhibition booths, conferences and a whole host of face to face branded events
Have spatial understanding and capability to work up basic technical/ production drawings for briefing both detailed visuals and to hand over to suppliers for costings.
To produce quick and simple communication models/sketches for initial costings, low key proposal documents and to share ideas efficiently and quickly amongst the wider project teams
Quickly understand brand guidelines, when to stick to them and when is appropriate to 'break' the rules in order to provide creative solutions to fulfil the client's objectives
Where applicable write the creative rationale in proposal documents and explain and present your creative ideas
Feel comfortable presenting and sharing ideas and attending client meetings when required
Keep up to date on the industry through websites and periodicals
Serve as a collaborative team member in delivering exceptional, inspired designs for our clients
Produce digital style and mood boards to convey look and feel inspiration
Complete site surveys, and draft layouts accurately and in scale
Design and render scenic, environmental and experiential installations for B2B and B2C events in 3d space
Along with the production team, lead creative client meetings and design presentations
Participate in design and creative brainstorming and collaborate with team members across the agency on projects and initiatives
Communicate with the workshops managing the build specifications and delivery
Travel on-site to supervise the installation of designs for select events
Proactively communicate issues, opportunities, and insights to the team
Complete ad-hoc requests as required
Collaborate on projects outside of APAC (US or EMEA) as part of the Global Creative Studio team
What We Are Looking For

3 - 5 years of relevant experience
A degree in theatre, architectural design, industrial design or similar field preferred
Advanced knowledge of design tools such as 3D Max, Autocad, Vectorworks, Sketchup, Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator and Cinema 4D
Ability to turn concepts into reality across a wide spectrum of corporate business meetings, experiential marketing installations and/or press events
Proficient knowledge of custom and rental décor elements and environmental design strategy
Basic understanding of AV needs as it applies to events
Excellent written and oral communication skills at all levels
Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Efficient project management skills
Decision maker and problem solver with a collaborative/team-player attitude
Adaptability to situations, personalities and ever-changing demands
Highly motivated and organized with the ability to handle multiple tasks and apply judgment to prioritize
Excellent time management, multi-tasking and follow-through skills
