The Role

">

Our Traders are responsible for designing, operating, and improving high-performance algorithmic trading strategies deployed on electronic trading venues worldwide. During an intensive period of mentorship and training in trade floor operations, Traders learn the intricacies of each step of the trade flow process, eventually progressing to trading strategy design and deployment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, operate, and improve high-performance algorithmic trading strategies ">
  • Collaborate with software engineers and researchers to enhance and further develop trading strategies ">
  • Become a world expert in trading technology and its interaction with the market ">
  • Guide the development of market microstructure ">

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent academic background in hard sciences (computer science, math, physics, statistics, and related fields) ">
  • Outstanding quantitative problem-solving skills and mathematical aptitude ">
  • Programming experience in Python, Java, or C++ ">
  • Able to communicate information precisely and quickly ">
  • Able to work independently and create solutions without close direction or supervision ">
  • High motivation and tenacity, with a proven ability to take the initiative and work both independently and within a team ">
  • Team player: authentic, genuine person who is capable of working collective goals "> ">
