The Role

As a member of our esteemed team, you'll be responsible for developing and refining complex algorithmic trading strategies. You'll collaborate closely with software engineers and researchers to push the boundaries of innovation and stay ahead of the curve.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, operate, and improve high-performance algorithmic trading strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance and further develop trading strategies
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and technological advancements to inform strategy design
  • Contribute to the development of market microstructure and contribute to the company's growth and success

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Exceptional academic background in hard sciences (computer science, math, physics, statistics, and related fields)
  • Outstanding quantitative problem-solving skills and mathematical aptitude
  • Programming experience in Python, Java, or C++
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently and create solutions without close direction or supervision
  • High motivation and tenacity, with a proven ability to take the initiative and work both independently and within a team
  • Team player: authentic, genuine person who is capable of working collective goals
