A dynamic and experienced IT Support Engineer is required to provide top-notch technical assistance across our global infrastructure. The role involves delivering first and second-line IT support, ensuring consistent and professional service to staff and clients worldwide.

The successful candidate will deliver hands-on and remote IT support for end users, applications, desktops, and infrastructure, primarily in the local office while supporting global operations. Their key responsibilities include managing collaboration tools, overseeing the full lifecycle of end-user devices, and supporting mobile, AV, and conferencing systems.

This role requires the ability to contribute to automation and technology adoption, collaborate with infrastructure and security teams to resolve complex issues, and provide user training to enhance digital proficiency.

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this challenging role, you should have a degree in IT or Computer Science, along with ITIL Foundation certification. A minimum of 3 years' experience in global service desk support and application troubleshooting is essential, with additional experience in ITIL Change and Problem Management highly valued. Familiarity with mobile device management, cloud technologies, automation, scripting tools, and software deployment is preferred.

Exposure to financial services and multinational environments is an advantage. You must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work under pressure, and demonstrate a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
