Overview
Senior Customer Success Manager, LinkedIn Learning. The Senior CSM partners with sales and cross-functional teams to ensure global clients achieve significant return on investment and value with Learning Solutions. The role focuses on creating holistic strategies that drive engagement, optimization, and innovation across large multi-national organizations. The position is hybrid, performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days as determined by business needs.
Responsibilities
Proactive ownership and management of key customer moments, establishing credibility and trust as a business advisor to assigned customers.
Partner with sales on prioritized customers to drive adoption, improve customer success, and mitigate churn risk.
Develop new and innovative ways to share data and insights tied to success drivers through operational reviews with key customer stakeholders and Strategic Value Reviews.
Create and execute large solution implementations, aligning with customer objectives and success criteria, ensuring user adoption at scale.
Maintain a robust understanding of LinkedIn’s Talent Solutions and industry knowledge to drive engagement on features relevant to each business need.
Act as a change agent for internal systems and processes and external product/workflow changes.
Serve as the voice of the customer and provide internal feedback to Product, Content and other teams to better serve customers.
Accountability for partnership success through depth, frequency, and quality of executive engagements, delivery of ROI as validated by the customer, and growth opportunities identified, even though this role does not own renewal or growth quotas.
