As a Leisure Center Team Member, you will be responsible for assisting guests, addressing inquiries and issues, and ensuring that our facilities are clean and well-maintained.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist guests with queries and issues in a friendly and professional manner. ">
  • Troubleshoot errors and ensure minimal disruption to our services. ">
  • Organize and restock prizes in our claw machine. ">
  • Clean and sanitize machines and areas regularly. ">
  • Assist guests with prize redemption and ensure accuracy. ">">

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as basic math skills for handling cash transactions. You should also be able to work effectively in a team environment, have attention to detail, and be able to multitask.

What We Offer:

">

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $15/hour for 110+ hours per month, $12/hour for fewer hours, and $18/hour for holiday work. Weekend work is mandatory, and we require a commitment of at least 6 months.
