1-Group HR is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Admin to assist with the daily operations of our HR department. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and a genuine passion for HR processes. This role focuses on providing administrative support to ensure efficient and seamless HR operations. Job Responsibilities Provide administrative support to the HR department, including filing and maintaining accurate employee records. Assist in preparing and managing employment documents, such as contracts, offer letters, and termination paperwork. Help administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, leave management, and other HR-related benefits. Prepare and distribute HR documents, including policies and official communications. Support payroll processing by providing accurate employee information, such as leave records and sick days. Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations, maintaining strict confidentiality and data security. Requirements Strong organisational, multitasking, and time-management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience with HRIS or other HR software is a plus.
