Roles & Responsibilities

Office near Kovan MRT/Hougang

Execute HR and Admin functions including but not limited to Recruitment & Selection, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations and Orientation Program, Performance Review, Training & Development, Coordinate office activities and operation to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies, Administrative duties such as stationeries requisition, maintenance of office equipment, contract renewals etc.

[HR Responsibilities]
- Submission & preparation for employee contract.
- Application/issuance/renewal of permits/pass for foreign employees.
- Provide efficient secretarial and administrative support.
- Assist and back up on HR Matters.
- Other ad-hoc duties as required by the Manager

[Admin Responsibilities]
- General Administrative duties, other administrative and operational related issues including any ad-hoc duties as and when assigned.
- Coordinate office activities and operation to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Human Resource or equivalent
- Preferably 3 to 5 years hands-on experience in HR support duties
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
- Pro-active, work well under pressure
- Must be Meticulous and Organised
- Fast learner and agile
- Strong in communication skills, confident in engaging stakeholders of all levels.
- Able to work independently. Experienced individuals will be considered for a senior position.
- Able to start immediately is preferred.
