Human Resource Admin

**Responsibilities**:
- Handle full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and employee record management
- Administer employee leave, claims, and attendance tracking
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of HR and administrative records
- Prepare HR-related letters, contracts, and reports
- Coordinate with various departments on staff welfare, training, and development
- Manage office supplies, handle general admin duties and liaise with vendors
- Support MOM and other statutory submissions (e.g., CPF, IRAS, SkillsFuture)
- Any other ad hoc duties as assigned
**Requirements**:
- Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Familiarity with MOM regulations and HR best practices
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skillsAble to work independently and in a team
