Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for timely and accurate preparation and analysis of monthly and annual Group Consolidation and management reporting, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and other regulatory requirements.
Preparation of monthly consolidation package and annual financial reports for ultimate holding company.
Liaise with Singapore and overseas finance team for the submission and analysis of reports and for the group's monthly reporting and year-end audit matters.
Perform intercompany transactions eliminations and reconciliation.
Handle statutory audit, liaise with auditors to complete the annual audit and coordinate audits for subsidiaries, preparation of notes to accounts and audit schedules, ensure compliance to timeline and accounting standards.
Assist in preparation of tax returns & filings, maintains compliance with regulations in Singapore, assist to coordinate other tax reporting requirements and obligations and liaise with tax agents.
Centrally update and maintenance of GCOA.
Assist in drafting Group & Accounting Policies.
Assist in new system implementation.
Any ad-hoc tasks as and when requested by superior.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Good knowledge of FRS, group consolidation requirements, and relevant work experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and communication tools.
Meticulous, proactive, analytical, ability to work independently as well as being a good team player.
Familiarity with SAP systems and financial reporting tools is a plus.
Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant post-qualification experiences.
