This role is based in Singapore. Responsibilities Lead the full lifecycle of learning programme development from design through to delivery. Create both standardised and bespoke training solutions that respond to evolving business needs, including training decks, learner and facilitator guides, and assessment frameworks. Conduct Train-the-Trainer sessions to ensure facilitators are well equipped, while continuously improving content based on feedback and emerging trends. Engage stakeholders directly to understand learning needs and provide targeted learning programmes through learning needs analyses using surveys and focus groups. Qualifications At least 5 years of experience in learning and development, with strong experience in instructional design and curriculum design. University degree in a related field preferred.
