About The Role Skydio is looking for a driven Program Manager with a deep sense of ownership to lead and drive all aspects of implementation and delivery of Skydio products to Government and Commercial customers in the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region. You will be Skydio’s primary customer liaison and broadly responsible for the success of our accounts in the region and associated contracts to include: cost, performance, scheduling, project planning, technical execution, contract compliance, risk management and problem solving. Internally, you work hand in hand with APAC Regional Managers, Sales, Solutions Engineering, Product Management, and Manufacturing Operations to develop plans, solve problems and communicate risk and progress up to the executive level. A successful candidate will become an indispensable bridge between the customer and Skydio’s extremely agile and world class technical teams. This role reports to the Head of Mission Success Programs and will work closely with our Product, Engineering and Sales functions to deliver industry leading autonomous solutions to drive customer outcomes and Mission Success. How You'll Make An Impact Be a highly collaborative, requirements driven planner with a deep sense of ownership and accountability with a willingness to roll up sleeves and dive into the details. Understand customer contract and compliance requirements and translate them to Skydio’s agile product and technical teams to drive development and delivery execution. Inform Skydio business and program leaders regarding contract management risks and opportunities, ensuring a coordinated and comprehensive approach to product delivery across the program. Work directly with value added reseller partners across APAC to fulfill customer demands that adhere to contractual, legal and regulatory requirements. Develop Healthy Customer Relationships through proactive support and cadence based follow ups. Ensure teams (internal and external) have the tools and information required for program success.
