Program Overview The CMA CGM APAC Management Associate Program is a prestigious, two-year development initiative designed to cultivate the next generation of leaders in the maritime and logistics industry. We are seeking high-potential graduates and early-career professionals who are eager to build a dynamic, international career and fast-track their development into middle management roles within 3–5 years.
