**Your role**
- We're looking for an Integration Program Manager to:
- lead selected APAC integration projects in collaboration with GCRG APAC SMEs
- contribute to selected projects as part of the GCRG APAC Integration program, including activities related to GCRG APAC’s readiness for key legal entity merger and migration events
- support the GCRG APAC management team in all integration-related items
- coordinate with GCRG functions and locations to ensure coherent and consistent execution of agreed integration plans and meeting of milestones
- challenge timelines, operating models, execution methods, content across the GCRG APAC integration program, as appropriate
- provide content input and constructive ideas on means and methods to integrate and execute
- monitor overall progress, identify operational and execution risks and issues, and oversee; provide input and suggestions to the development of mitigation content and plans

- at least 7 years of experience with a focus on consulting, compliance change or project management in the financial services industry
- strong analytical background, attention to detail along with structured organization and planning skills
- excellent stakeholder management, skilled at managing relationships with the ability to negotiate and influence at senior levels
- ability to adapt and network across a global organization to work well with the team
- experienced communicator able to present and position topics internal and external stakeholders
- experience in project teams, project management for large scale programs in the banking industry
- ability to work under pressure and manage to deliver against tight timelines
- a highly motivated and collegiate team player; honest, reliable and take a positive approach with a consistent demonstration of integrity, active collaboration and constructive challenge
