As Vantage Data Centers accelerates its growth across the Asia-Pacific region, we are seeking a Customer Integration Director to oversee the end-to-end onboarding of clients into our state-of-the-art facilities. This pivotal role ensures seamless implementation of infrastructure solutions while delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage timelines and deliverables, and uphold the highest standards of operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Lead and coordinate customer integration projects, scoping timelines, dependencies, and milestones to ensure successful delivery Oversee migrations and deployments, managing relevant systems and activities for seamless implementation Serve as the primary point of contact for customer onboarding, facilitating regular updates and stakeholder alignment Resolve both standard and non-standard customer requests with minimal supervision; escalate complex issues as needed Build trusted relationships through professional engagement, proactive communication, and effective meeting facilitation Track customer satisfaction through surveys and feedback; drive improvements based on insights Support internal teams with customer-specific documentation and process enhancements Collaborate with APAC leadership on commissioning, reporting, and service delivery initiatives Contribute to departmental projects and cross-functional collaboration, ensuring alignment with business priorities Assist in system enhancements and operational improvements to increase efficiency and customer success Support budget planning and asset protection, ensuring facilities meet performance and lifecycle expectations Requirements Minimum of 7 years’ experience in data center operations and portfolio management, ideally within mission-critical environments At least 7 years of direct managerial experience with proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive customer-focused service delivery Demonstrated success in delivering outstanding customer service to both internal and external stakeholders Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred; technical field strongly desired Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong business English proficiency Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint; experience with building automation systems highly desirable Strong interpersonal skills, professional demeanor, and ability to engage effectively with customers at all levels Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adept at managing multiple priorities in dynamic environments Willingness and ability to travel 40–50%, with flexibility for increased travel as the business scales We operate with No Ego and No Arrogance.
