About the Role We are seeking a proactive and detail‐oriented Talent Programs Specialist to join our dynamic HR/Talent Acquisition team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in enhancing our hiring processes, optimizing our talent pipeline, and strengthening our employer brand. Job Responsibilities Analyze existing recruitment workflows to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement. Design, develop, and implement streamlined and scalable hiring processes to enhance candidate experience and recruiter efficiency. Conduct data‐driven analysis of our talent pipeline, identifying trends, gaps, and opportunities for proactive sourcing. Utilize recruitment analytics to provide insights and recommendations for improving recruitment effectiveness. Evaluate, select, and manage relationships with external recruitment vendors (e.g., sourcing tools, external agencies). Manage and create content for various employer branding channels (career page, social media, industry events, university partnerships). Lead or support various talent acquisition projects, such as internship programs, campus hiring, or diversity & inclusion initiatives. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, or a similar role, with a focus on process improvement and program management. Proven experience in designing and optimizing recruitment processes. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data‐driven recommendations. Preferred Qualifications Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead and facilitate complex hiring discussions. A proactive, problem‐solving mindset and a passion for creating exceptional candidate and hiring experiences. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, can influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization. Experience in vendor management is a plus.
