Jobscope: Plan and Execute Maintenance Activities: Prepare, schedule, and oversee daily, ad-hoc, and shutdown maintenance tasks to ensure safety, efficiency, and adherence to budget. Team Leadership and Development: Supervise and mentor a team of Seniors/Superintendents, providing guidance and technical support as needed. Maintenance Strategy and Documentation: Evaluate and update maintenance plans, procedures, and critical equipment lists while ensuring compliance with ISO and documentation standards. Technical Analysis and Improvement Initiatives: Analyze equipment data for preventive measures, lead troubleshooting of complex issues, and propose and implement improvement projects. Training and Collaboration: Conduct technical training sessions, coordinate with stakeholders, and manage minor engineering modifications focused on Electrical & Instrumentation. Requirements: Min. Degree in Electrical/Instrumentation/Mechatronics Engineering or related discipline preferably with at least 3 years of petrochemical/pharmaceutical industries. Sound technical knowledge of functionality of common chemical processing plant electrical equipment, process instrument & process control system (e.g., AC motors, Analyzer, Control Valves, Pressure Transmitter, Level Transmitter etc). Good skills in electric equipment & instrument troubleshooting as well as understanding of process plant maintenance work execution process. Ability to work independently and lead a team, self-initiative, good problem solving skills, meticulous and able to cope with executing multiple tasks within planned schedule. Available to start work immediately or short notice period will be added advantage.
