Our Client is chemical company operating a plant in Jurong Island tant combines monomer and polymer production.

This position is in charge of supervision of studies and works for design office activities, related to E&I topics, which includes but not limited to:
1- General
- Coordinate MOC implementation and participation in following up closely of MOCs / projects from operation, maintenance, HSE, process, contractors and various stakeholders
- Support the team in updating of process document or procedures

2- Project
- Preparation of project deliverables and project implementation
- Estimation of project cost and schedule
- Conduct in liaison with the other departments, the studies off the different phases of MOCs/ project with a view to costing and schedule estimates and performances
- Responsible for the execution of projects
- Review schedule, manpower planning, etc...

3- Sub-contractors
- Supervise external engineering companies and engineering contracts
- Review and validate engineering documentation
- Establish technical specifications, lead technical clarifications, etc...
- Develop craft engineering documents

4- HSEQ
- Ensure the achievement of HSEQ objectives
- Conduct close monitoring of contractors to improve genera performance to achieve Zero Accident

Knowledge:

- Experience in the design and installation of Electrical and Instrumentation
- Experience with explosion proof electrical & instrument products & standards
- Familiar with ABB systems (DCS/FGS/SIS)
