Job Title: KYC Assistant Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead and oversee the end-to-end Know Your Customer (KYC) process across multiple segments.

This role involves direct reporting to the Head of Client Services and playing a key part in ensuring compliance and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Review client documentation and provide guidance on KYC requirements , working closely with both the Business and clients. Conduct thorough, independent assessments of KYC records , including due diligence, name screening, and verification of submitted information in line with Anti-Money Laundering/Countering the Financing of Terrorism (AML/CFT) regulations and internal policies. Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure any KYC or Client Due Diligence (CDD)-related gaps are promptly addressed and appropriately documented. Support internal stakeholders by handling client-related queries and service requests. Guide and support junior colleagues and take the lead in managing case exceptions.
