Job Title: KYC Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a KYC (Know Your Customer) specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for executing and enhancing KYC-related processes, supporting front office teams, and ensuring timely delivery of KYC files in line with regulatory and operational expectations.

About the Role:
  • Support front office activities such as onboarding, reviews, modifications, and closures of clients, ensuring compliance with policies
  • Monitor KYC file progress and engage stakeholders to meet deadlines
  • Collaborate with business lines to understand transaction needs and launch onboarding processes
  • Engage with clients and internal teams to gather necessary documentation
  • Provide support and advice on KYC and client servicing issues
  • Create and present reports on KYC progress
  • Evaluate issues and escalate them to security departments when necessary
  • Participate in projects related to regulatory changes, system enhancements, and audits
  • Ensure all client documents are complete, accurate, and compliant
  • Drive process improvements and automation initiatives
  • Support cross-functional initiatives and train junior staff
