We are looking for a suitable candidate to join our operations team, responsible for designing and implementing automation solutions while supporting our business and clients. Responsibilities Strategically positioned across Finance and Operations, the role will provide essential support to both teams in Change initiatives, ensuring alignment and holistic development/solutioning. Main responsibilities as below (non‐exhaustive and may be subjected to revision from time to time depending on business needs)Support Process Optimization : Utilize business process engineering methodologies in analyzing, redesigning, and optimizing key business processes across the Finance and Operations Departments Project Management : Collaborate with various stakeholders to support the planning, execution, and monitoring of transformation projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Stakeholder engagement : Coordinate stakeholder mapping, support internal communications, and help manage feedback loops to ensure alignment and transparency. Documentation & reporting : Prepare project documentation, progress reports, dashboards, and presentation materials for senior management. Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner with IT, Product Development, and Engineering teams to implement process improvements and digital solutions. Automation and Digitization : Identify opportunities for automation and digitization within processes to improve operational efficiency, enhance customer experience, and drive cost savings. Requirements 1–3 years of experience in a financial institution, consulting, or corporate environment (experience in project management, transformation, or operations support is an advantage). Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills. Familiar with end‐to‐end trade lifecycle and working with a trading desk. Experience in VBA, Python and/or other coding language is advantageous. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) is a plus. Able to multitask and work independently, as well as be a strong team player Knowledge of or interest in crypto assets or blockchain technology is not necessary but would be advantageous #J-18808-Ljbffr
