**Responsibilities**
- **Support Process Optimization**: Utilize business process engineering methodologies in analyzing, redesigning, and optimizing key business processes across the Finance and Operations Departments
- **Project Management**: Collaborate with various stakeholders to support the planning, execution, and monitoring of transformation projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- **Stakeholder engagement**: Coordinate stakeholder mapping, support internal communications, and help manage feedback loops to ensure alignment and transparency.
- **Documentation & reporting**: Prepare project documentation, progress reports, dashboards, and presentation materials for senior management.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Partner with IT, Product Development, and Engineering teams to implement process improvements and digital solutions.
- **Automation and Digitization**: Identify opportunities for automation and digitization within processes to improve operational efficiency, enhance customer experience, and drive cost savings.

**Requirements**:

- 1-3 years of experience in a financial institution, consulting, or corporate environment (experience in project management, transformation, or operations support is an advantage).
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Familiar with end-to-end trade lifecycle and working with a trading desk.
- Experience in VBA, Python and/or other coding language is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) is a plus.
- Able to multitask and work independently, as well as be a strong team player
- Knowledge of or interest in crypto assets or blockchain technology is not necessary but would be advantageous
