Job Overview
As a senior treasury banking business analyst, you will play a key role in driving business success through strategic analysis and decision-making. Your expertise in treasury banking and operations will be invaluable in helping us navigate complex financial landscapes and identify opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand project objectives and co-create business requirements

• Define and review solutions with business teams and vendors to ensure alignment before signing SOWs

• Support project execution, ensuring requirements are delivered as planned and coordinating user testing

• Leverage domain experience in treasury banking and operations to drive informed decision-making

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional and offshore teams
Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience in banking projects/operations in settlement for deposit, FX, remittance, and treasury

• Strong understanding of business solutions, design patterns, and best practices in business solutions

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to lead cross-workstreams and offshore vendor teams

• Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills

• Experience in banking processes and business process re-engineering preferred
