Job Title: Chief Banking Operations Manager

Our organization seeks an experienced banking operations expert to lead our Treasury and Loans team as a Chief Banking Operations Manager.

About the Role:

  • Effectively manage Loan and Treasury Operations to guarantee seamless execution of financial transactions and timely settlement of securities, loan disbursements, and treasury trades.
  • Lead the handling of treasury products, including foreign exchange, derivatives, bonds, and money market instruments, to maximize returns while minimizing risk.
  • Oversee cash flow schedules and reconcile discrepancies to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement effective operations strategies, driving business growth and improving operational efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Studies, Finance, Banking, Economics, or Commerce, or any other relevant field.
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in corporate banking treasury and/or loans operations, with a strong understanding of banking industry practices and regulations.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
