Lead Infrastructure Specialist

You will oversee the planning, design, and deployment of network infrastructure and IT services for clients. Provide technical leadership across projects, ensuring best practices in architecture, patching, upgrading, and maintenance.

  • Lead the planning, design, and deployment of network infrastructure and IT services for clients.
  • Provide technical leadership across projects, ensuring best practices in architecture, patching, upgrading, and maintenance.
  • Build a team of engineers to deliver end-to-end solutions including firewalls, switches, routers, wireless controllers, and access points.
  • Act as the primary technical interface with customers, managing stakeholder relationships and ensuring project success.
  • Deliver post-sales support, troubleshooting, and day-2 operations management.
  • L2/L3 support
  • Ensure compliance with security standards and high service availability.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of IT experience with strong expertise in network infrastructure and security.
  • Proven leadership in roles such as Technical Lead, or Team Lead.
  • Diploma or higher in Information Technology or equivalent.
  • Professional certifications preferred:
    • Fortinet Certified Professional (FortiGate, FortiClient EMS)
    • Cisco certifications (CCNA/CCNP)
    • Avaya Implementation Specialist
    • Palo Alto / Checkpoint Firewall certifications
