Job Title: IT Infrastructure Solutions Leader

About the Role:

This is a challenging position that requires a highly skilled and experienced individual to design and lead the implementation of IT infrastructure solutions for our organization. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of organizational goals, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement IT infrastructure solutions that meet stringent security and regulatory requirements for the financial industry.

Contribute to the development of the organization's strategy by planning and executing IT services that align with business demands and technical architecture.

Evaluate and identify solution opportunities for global infrastructure architects and develop strategic standards for implementation.

Develop and maintain the overall infrastructure technology landscape to guide regional and global rationalization direction.

Create and maintain engineering and architecture documents as standard references.

Communicate and collaborate with stakeholders to design infrastructure platforms that are effective and aligned with the company's strategic goals.

Lead system engineers and implementation engineers in specific system design and implementation following approved high-level architecture.

Organize and orchestrate hybrid cloud infrastructure service domains, including external vendors and offshore partners.

Design physical and virtual platforms, including OS, Database Servers, Application Servers, API, Network, and Monitoring.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science, around 15 years of experience in providing IT services to financial institutions, and prior experience as an IT Infrastructure Solutions Leader in a multi-national banking company. Strong communication skills, strategic thinking, analytical skills, and experience in conceptualizing scalable and resilient technical architecture solutions are essential.

The selected candidate will also have proficiency in knowledge comprising system integration patterns, enterprise architecture, microservices architecture, and cloud computing services. Relevant certification in TOGAF and cloud solution architect is highly desirable. Additionally, having functional and development knowledge in at least one of the following technical domains: Database, Storage, Container, IAM, Network, Virtualization, is required.
