Job Title: Enterprise Infrastructure Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Infrastructure Designer to lead our software engineering team in building and maintaining a comprehensive software stack for various business functions.

This role involves driving productivity transformation through technology innovation and ensuring the development of next-generation features and tools. Responsibilities include:

  • Defining system architecture from end-to-end, encompassing software design and optimization.
  • Leading code reviews with the team and ensuring adequate documentation is maintained.
  • Collaborating with healthcare professionals to gather requirements and feedback, informing system design and functionality.
  • Mentoring a team of systems engineers in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
  • Providing technical support to stakeholders during operational hours.

Requirements for this position include:

  • Strong programming skills, particularly in Entity Framework, C#, React, and .NET.
  • Proficiency in relational databases, especially MSSQL.
  • Hands-on problem-solving skills and a passion for confronting challenges directly.
  • Project management experience.
  • Advantageous to have experience with ERP, HRMS, and infrastructure management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
