What the role is: The GRaduate Industry Traineeship Programme within the Public Service ( ) aims to provide fresh graduates with opportunities to gain industry-relevant skills and experience that can strengthen their employability to take up full time roles in the sector. This traineeship offers fresh graduates the opportunity to gain valuable experience in healthcare regulation and policy work within the Registration Division in the Secretariat of healthcare Professional Boards (SPB). Trainees will develop competencies in regulatory operations, policy review, stakeholder engagement, and administrative support for professional healthcare boards. What you will be working on: Support in reviewing the processes and policies for supervisory framework Support in the management of the supervisory framework for the healthcare professional Pairing of eligible supervisors to the healthcare professionals Processing of assessment reports for healthcare professionals Monitoring and reviewing of healthcare professional's performance Staffing of Board/Council and professional committee meetings, as well as administrative support to the Boards/Councils Handling of enquiries Any other duties as directed by supervisor What we are looking for: This is an entry-level position suitable for candidates with or without working experience. Those with experience in regulatory, policy work, operations, or administration will have an advantage.
