We work are in a joint venture with a well-established Main Contractor delivering large-scale Building Design & Construction projects across Singapore. We are seeking a Project Managers and Construction Managers to oversee construction of Luxury Hotel and Commercial Building Projects, ensuring smooth execution and full construction lifecycle management.

Position 1: Construction Manager - Upto SG$ 12,500

Position 2: Project Manager - Upto SG$ 17,500

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee and manage the full construction lifecycle of private sector building projects .
• Coordinate with consultants, authorities (e.g., BCA, HDB), subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Lead and supervise site teams , ensuring compliance with contract specifications and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and manage construction schedules, sequencing, and resources to meet project milestones.
• Ensure strict adherence to local regulations, quality standards, BCA codes, workplace safety, and ISO certifications .
• Identify and resolve technical/site issues proactively to avoid delays or cost overruns.
• Conduct progress meetings, site inspections, and quality audits with stakeholders.
• Enforce safety measures and work closely with WSH Officers and safety teams to ensure compliance.
• Prepare and present progress reports, cost updates, risk assessments , and recommendations to management

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field , recognised by BCA/PE Board.
• Minimum 8–12 years of relevant experience in building construction (HDB/BCA projects).
• Strong track record managing building construction projects such as residential, commercial, or Hotels in Singapore.
• Excellent understanding of BCA/HDB regulations, statutory submissions, and approval processes .
• Proven experience in managing subcontractors, safety compliance, and site operations .
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to solve complex technical problems and drive projects to timely completion.
