**Labcon Contractor Pte Ltd **is looking for an experienced Project Manager to plan and supervise a wide range of construction projects from start to finish. The Project Manager will organise and oversee all construction procedures to ensure project completion in a timely and efficient manner.

**Job Scope
- Development of project master schedule, showing the overall timeline for all phases of development that will be used to monitor the progress of construction project.
- Responsible for monitoring project’s overall master schedule, to achieve projects’ time, cost and quality objectives
- Provide weekly and monthly progress report to Management Team
- Responsible to source for new vendors and suppliers for quote comparisons to maximise profitability of project
- Monitoring the preparation of contract documentation
- Attending meetings amongst clients, consultants and sub-contractors for timeline and budget tracking.
- Monitoring and streamlining post-contract administration and procedures.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and continuous monitoring of all works on site.
- Efficient manpower deployment to worksites in accordance to project timeline
- Initiating and maintenance of efficient expenditure control systems
- Ability to forecast problems for their prevention
- Certifying payment schedules to contractors and consultants
- Monitoring of defect rectifications during defects liability period
- Monitoring and negotiating the main contract final account

**Requirements
- Min. Diploma / BA in Civil Engineering, Building or relevant field
- At least 4 years proven track record as Project Manager
- In-depth understanding of construction procedures, material and project management principles
- Familiarity with construction and project management software
- Good command of MS Excel and Autocad
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
