Capital Markets Technology Transformation, Assistant Manager

What will you be doing? Advise clients on revenue enhancements or operational efficiencies / scalability through the design and implementation of customized operating models, and technology solutions Conduct current state assessments, perform industry / competitor research, develop gap assessments and design target state operating models Assist multi-disciplinary KPMG teams through daily execution of activities, deliverables, project plans and client presentations Support proposal and business development agenda by identifying new target clients, building business relationships with key executives and developing / presenting proposals Help mentor employees to grow and develop the practice What will you need to be successful? A minimum of 4 years of experience working in Capital Markets operations, technology, and regulatory transformation programs, preferably in professional services Strong background working as a business or technical analyst with firm understanding of front to back trade life cycles, leading vendor systems, and industry protocols Experience leading / supporting individual workstreams in technology driven transformation programs including SDLC lifecycle methodologies Excellent communications and interpersonal skills as well as experience independently leading business development proposals, client presentations, and relationship management Travel as necessary, 3-4 days per week at client site Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted by KPMG Talent Acquisition team, personal data collected will be used for recruitment purposes only.
