As a FE Capital Supplier Manager, you will be the primary category point of contact for supplier interactions, performance management, and negotiations for the site.

In this role, you will work with partners to build comprehensive view of supplier performance for strategic partnership maintenance and optimization.

You will participate and/or lead in the development and implementation of category strategies and projects related but not limited to cost reduction initiatives, ensure the seamless procurement of capital equipment for front-end semiconductor manufacturing operations, and pricing/contract negotiation. You are also required to work closely with internal stakeholders to provide accurate forecast and track supplier delivery and tool performance.

• Lead Site Supplier Performance and Relationships
• Own procurement process for designated areas and accounts
• Negotiate with suppliers to meet business needs
• Support capital budgeting and cash flow management, and the execution of Global Procurement strategies
• Tool delivery management and tracking
• Handle cost saving initiatives and metric
• Implement cost savings and process improvement programs
• Have deep knowledge to serve as a consultant for procurement process and supplier issues.
• Support site audits

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Prior experience in supplier management, procurement, or supply chain management would be a plus
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage with customers effectively.
• Experience with semiconductor manufacturing processes is advantageous.
