With our strategy and head office presence in Hong Kong, we are now expanding into Southeast Asia , one of the fastest-growing regions for urban farming, precision agriculture, and climate-resilient food technologies. We are looking for a Vice President / Head of Investment & Partnerships (Advisor)for SEA – a trusted regional growth and capital partner who can leverage their network, credibility, and insight to unlock strategic funding and partnerships for INNOFarms.AI. Key Responsibilities Lead fundraising efforts across Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand and the broader SEA region (with some support for AUS / NZ exploration). Build strong relationships with government bodies, sustainability accelerators, food & agri innovation programs, and institutional platforms . Engage with SEA VCs, family offices, strategic angels, and Agri/ClimateTech investors to drive our SAFE/equity Seed and Pre-Series A round. Open doors with corporate innovation units, food groups, and agribusiness conglomerates for strategic pilots and co-investment models. Represent INNOFarms.AI at key AgriTech, ClimateTech, and Food Innovation events (e.g., AgriFoodTech Expo Asia, Grow Asia, Enterprise SG programs, regional climate funds). Work closely with the Founder & CEO to refine our funding story, valuation logic, GTM strategy, and partnership structures. Ideal Profile 8–20 years of experience in Investment, Corporate Development, Business Development, Venture Building, or Strategic Partnerships . Exposure to AgriTech, FoodTech, ClimateTech, SaaS, IoT, or DeepTech ecosystems (either as operator, investor, or advisor). Strong network across SEA innovation ecosystems – family offices, strategic angels, VCs, accelerators, agribusiness players, climate/sustainability programs. Entrepreneurial, outcome-driven, and comfortable working in high-autonomy, performance-linked setups (early-stage startup context). Excellent communication and storytelling skills; able to represent the company confidently in front of C-level, investors, and institutional partners . Engagement Model & Rewards Type: Interim Advisory Engagement (initially success fee–based only, no fixed retainer for the first 2 months, until 1–2 core KPIs are met). Success Fee Structure: Strategic Partnership Bonus → USD 1,000 per institutional MoU signed (commercial farms, government programs, accelerators, or corporate innovation platforms). Funding Success Fee → USD 20,000 per funding commitment of USD ≥ 500K (from VC, FO, strategic corporate, or institutional investor). Full-Time Conversion Option Upon achieving ≥ USD 2M in total funding commitments and/or strategic partnership value, this role may transition into a full-time regional leadership position (e.g., VP / CCO – SEA), with a competitive salary package and ESOP opportunity , subject to Board approval.
