Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to provide technical assistance to healthcare staff in the setup, operation, and maintenance of medical devices.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Offer technical support to healthcare staff in the deployment, use, servicing, and decommissioning of medical equipment.
  • Safeguard quality work from external service providers and contractors undertaking equipment maintenance, ensuring adherence to relevant standards.
  • Collect and update user feedback on the upkeep, performance, reliability, and overall quality of medical devices.
  • Analyze reported faults, complaints, or safety issues, and collaborate with engineers in developing and executing corrective actions.
  • Guarantee that all maintenance work meets required standards, industry practices, and departmental quality initiatives.
  • Manage inventory of spare parts and frontline technical support, assisting with documentation when necessary.
  • Support engineers in coordinating medical equipment projects with external vendors, contractors, and consultants.
  • Carry out other related duties as assigned by supervising engineers.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree in Electronics or Biomedical Engineering.
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant practical experience in a healthcare setting is advantageous.
  • Service-oriented mindset with a positive attitude and ability to interact with staff at all levels.
  • Basic proficiency in IT applications.
