Job OverviewOur company is seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to fill this key role. As a member of our operations team, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth delivery of technical services to our clients.

 

  • Perform installations and provide basic technical training for medical devices as needed.
  • Plan and coordinate warranty and corrective repairs/maintenance visits.
  • Conduct upgrades and perform related tasks based on factory instructions to ensure our services are up-to-date.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams for events, demos, workshops, and projects.
  • Deliver high-quality work that meets customer expectations and fosters satisfaction.
  • Complete monthly maintenance tasks and paperwork for assigned customers' accounts on time.
  • Promote a safe working environment by adhering to workplace safety and health protocols.
Skills & Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of technical experience, preferably in after-sales support within the medical industry.
  • Familiarity with medical equipment such as ventilators, monitoring systems, anesthesia machines, incubators, and capital equipment.
  • Hold a valid Class 3 driving license.
  • Be willing to travel within the Singapore region and perform standby duties when required.
