Direct message the job poster from Ambition Commodity Trader - Agriculture (Grains & Oilseeds, Veg Oil, Rubber)I am partnered with the trading arm of a leading Chinese state-owned conglomerate. They are looking to expand their business into Agriculture Trading (physical & paper). As such, they are looking for an Experienced Trader to set up and manage the desk. We are keen to speak to candidates with experience covering either of: Grains/Oilseeds/Veg Oil/Rubber. The role will be based in Singapore. Responsibilities Manage and grow trading book with full P&L responsibility Execute physical trades within approved risk limits, managing market risk accordingly Keep updated with market trends, price movements and supply-demand dynamics to support trading strategies Develop and maintain relationships with counterparties, suppliers and customers Work closely with logistics, ops and risk to ensure efficient execution of trades Requirements Bachelor's Degree in a related field Around 8-15 years trading agri products – any of the following: Grains & Oilseeds, Veg Oil, Rubber with strong knowledge of physical trading flows Experience managing PnL with proven track record Well-networked in the region with strong negotiation and relationship management skills Fluency in Mandarin is required to liaise with internal stakeholders If you believe you fit the requirements for the role, please click APPLY NOW or send an email to with your latest CV.
