Job Description:
As an Executive Kitchen Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the daily activities of our cook team and ensure that high-quality dishes are consistently delivered to our customers.
Your role will involve working closely with the Front of House and Back of the House teams to maintain excellent customer service standards and promote a positive work environment. You will also be responsible for maintaining the hygiene and tidiness of the kitchen area and storage spaces, as well as conducting regular inventory checks to ensure accurate stock levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a team of cooks to achieve efficient kitchen operations.
- Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality dishes to meet customer expectations.
- Maintain good relationships with all team members to promote a positive work environment.
- Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure accurate stock levels.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar capacity, preferably in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with all team members.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks under pressure.
