Inside Sales Representative

Inside Sales Representative (Aeronautical Products)Location : Seletar (3 minutes walk from bus stop)Working hours : 5 days a week, Monday - Friday, 8.30 am - 5.30 pm Salary (commensurate with experience) : Gross $5000 (Basic up to $4000 + Quarterly Commission)Duration : 1 year Contract + Completion Bonus Industry : Aerospace Industry Main Responsibilities Prepare competitive, clear quotes and business proposals. Source products, input supplier prices into ERP, and suggest alternatives/upsells. Maintain strong customer relationships to maximize opportunities. Proactively communicate delivery delays and recurring issues to management. Share customer forecasts and restocking needs with purchasing. Support team members during workload peaks. Keep customer contact database updated. Ensure sales orders comply with ENR-209. Follow up on quotes and participate in business meetings. Prioritize customer calls and provide basic technical support. Resolve disputes, assist with aged receivables, and process orders. Attend customer visits and trade shows as needed. Requirements Strong proposal development and customer relationship skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and prioritization abilities. Conflict resolution, technical document analysis, and report-writing skills. Proficiency in IT tools, analytics. Knowledge of sales/negotiation techniques and the aeronautical sector.
